Work was done right the first time in a professional manner. He came when he promised and got the job done in one day.

This is not the first time we have called Todd Spade to work on our duplex. We were out of town and our tenants informed us that their unit was not getting heat. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and he pretty much got to work on our place immediately. This is the third time he has managed to fit us in same day.
On a previous visit, he mentioned something may need updating in the future, and sure enough that was what needed repairs/replacement this time. He brought a space heater to our tenants place to keep them warm while he worked on figuring out the problem and getting parts. As soon as the parts came in, he had their furnace fixed, and updated the furnace on the other unit.
We are so grateful to have someone like him to call, and will use his business exclusively.

I called to have my furnace and A/C unit serviced and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, along with a quote for the service. Todd Spade and an associate arrived on time and went about their work. They were professional, efficient and respectful, and answered all my questions as I watched their progress. They cleaned up after themselves and, at my request, took the time to discuss the need for replacement units (my units were 19 years old), the recommended size and type, and approximate cost. We also discussed saviings I could expect on my utility bills and applicable tax credits and rebates. Todd agreed to send me a proposal right away. I received it within 2 or 3 days. It was very competitive. The cost for the service was as quoted over the phone during my first contact. I was very satisfied with the work and with the very informative discussion on replacement of my units.

They have always been very reliable and trustworthy. They are prompt and always courteous when they help us.
