AWFUL period. The haircut consisted of taking the clippers and a comb and just snip, snip, snip. No scissors used at all. Very poor shaving of the neck and behind the ears. They don't even have a strait razor, they use a cheap generic face razor. I had to wear a ball cap for a month due to how bad the cut was.
