I was directed to one of their nail technicians, who used old polish on my nails. It chipped and peeled the following day. I went back and they had a different nail tech fix it. She was obviously upset and saying something in her native language to the original nail tech who was busy.
I had been there once before several years ago and had a french manicure on my natural nails for my niece's wedding and they chipped and peeled before I got home. I didn't have time to go back and ask for them to be fixed but was very disappointed then also. I thought that since I had acrylics that wouldn't happen but I was wrong.

I went with a girlfriend for a pedicure. We were walk-ins but they were able to accommodate us immediately. she had a female nail tech and I had a male nail tech. I have had male techs that were too rough and caused pain in the past, so I told my male nail tech that I would allow him to do my pedicure "as long as he didn't hurt me". He was very responsive to my request, was very gentle, often asked me if I was okay, yet did a super job!

It's a friendly, Christian atmosphere. There are pleasant, cheerful workers. The place has a clean environment. They provide quality service.
