This is a young man who took over his father's business, and I can highly recommend them. He is a very nice, caring person. The experience was very good. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He described some things as better for our situation than others. He spent a lot of time making sure that we understood what we were getting. He is reasonable and he seems to know his business, and I don't think he is out to just give you anything. He makes sure that the product you get fits your needs. He is not going to sell you something too big, or not big enough. The price was comparable to other water softeners, and maybe even a little more affordable. The quality of the equipment is good, and according to what he is telling us - and I don't think he'd be telling us for any other reason than because it is true - that we have a quality system. He worked us in after hours because he was so busy, so the responsiveness and consideration and willingness to help us was definitely an A.
