We haven't been real happy with the service. My husband was supposed to call them today to cancel the contract because they just keep going up in price. Every time we use them, they go up in price. We are not going to use them any longer. My husband and talked about it, and we were looking at the past, and it kept going up without them giving us any information prior to that. I think the service was fine, but they were just inappropriate in raising the price and not letting the customer know. 

They are in and out quickly. We had to call them back once to do rework. The company sent two erroneous billing statements. i had to call two times and spent time on the phone to determine that they allocated funds to the wrong category. The person at the customer service department did not know what he was doing. I asked to cancel the service and finally the person at the contact center in Dallas figured it out and said his supervisor would correct the problem. I appreciated his attitude and service. My daughter who received the service was not impressed. I would not recommend them again. I feel misled by Angie's list because their recommendation for this company was high. 

I very rarely see them. They come in, they always leave me a nice deal and give me itemize what they did that day, what is done anything or they didn't find anything. Their work turned out good. I would use them again in the future.

It turned out fine. They did a good work. They've been reliable and trustworthy. I would use them again in the future.

I have had positive and negative experiences with them, but mostly positive experience. I think they go rather quickly. It seems like they are quick to do what they do. Sometimes I wonder if they get every place that they are supposed to get. Sometimes I find spiders or things like that a few weeks later, so I wonder if they are as careful as they need to be. I haven't priced anywhere else so I cannot grade the price.

They've been wonderful. I would use them again in the future.

Mr Lewis was very nice. He came out and explained his service, sprayed the premises and also eliminated a yellow jacket nest. I like that his services include critter control as well as other pests. Many local companies are not licensed to do both.

They were excellent. It is just that we ran into a budget problem where we had to drop somethings, but they were real good. If we saw ants or something in between, they would come out and do the service. So, they were really good. They were professional and I had no issues with them. They were great all the way around and their prices were probably reasonable.
