TV Repair
Not well. The first time he said all one would have to do is unplug the TV and it would reset. Well that was true but the problem kept occurring so unplugging and doing a TV setup every time was a nuisance. I had them come back. The fellow was not happy to return. This time he installed a capacitor that remedied the auto muting but rendered the close captioning not usable. I called again they were coming back to remove the capacitor and put it back to its broken state as before. I asked if they could contact RCA originally. They told me I had to do it. I did. RCA contacted them. Telrad brought me a letter asking for more information, but that information I have to send to RCA. Telrad should of been taking care of this.
