They have outstanding customer service. They called within an hour of placing the order. They called again a week after it was delivered to make sure everything was ok. They also have an extended 2 year warranty. The sales and support people are professional musicians and are very knowledgeable about the product.

What amazes us is the incredible level of customer service, reminiscent of another era. They always offer professional, efficient service. On occasions when we have ordered on line, they send an email within an hour with important information. They also offer free seminars during which they offer expert advice whether one purchases or not. Such incredible treatment of the customer, whether they spend a pittance or a lot, restores one's faith that all is not lost in today's business' approach to the public.
