It went great. A couple weeks before that, I had my car in for a recall. They got it done in a timely manner. Very professional and
kind. Tom Charles takes care of all the cars in our house hold (4 cars), and he is wonderful to work with. Very honest and caring.
I can't say enough about him and the dealership.

Very fast and friendly service. The service department greets you with a smile, and keeps you informed of the progress on your vehicle. Right from the purchase of the 2010 Malibu, it's been a pleasure dealing with them!

They're very very good. These are the people that work with you to try to give you the best service and the best possible deal. I can say that because when I went in, they told me the last time, okay you need to get some brakes done and for a limited period of time and it had nothing to do with them or whatsover but for a limited period of time, if you get your brakes done, it was in that window, there is a $20 rebate that comes back from the company that supplies I guess the parts or whatever and they didn't have to tell me that but they did. I just filled out all the forms and I got a $20 visa card in the mail yesterday. The other thing is, I've got a service consultant there and if I have a problem or a question with the car, I could call him up and basically he'll tell me over the telephone, we either need to do something about this but this is nothing to worry about. I have 2 cars, one of them I did buy there. It was just fine, buying a car is no piece of cake. I think it's one of those things it's almost like going to the dentist, you go in and it doesn't matter what dealer you go to, you tell them okay I've got this much money to spend and the next thing you know, they've got you a $100 over for what you're going to spend a month and you know that get some loans but they're all that way, I haven't found anybody that doesn't try that. As to the negotiations, it went well, there was really no problem with it and I had to say this too, it's in 7 years since we bought the car so it's been a while. Things may have changed in the meantime.

They were fine. The sales lady was not overly pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the car.

I will give them a B overall. I would use them in the future.
