It wasn't pleasant. When we brought the water filter home, it didn't fit. We were suprised they didn't know that the design of the water filter for the model of our refrigerator had changed over the years.

It went well. They told me it needed to be replaced and was unable to tell me why it was broke.

The salesman was not bad. The installation, however, was not good. They had to cut the hole in my floor at least three times before they got it right. They also charged me much more for the installation than expected, per a conversation previously with the salesperson. I would not use them again in the future.

Upon entering the store, Zac approached me and presented options in all price ranges of the refrigerator and stoves I was interested in. I actually ordered both the refrigerator and stove over the phone with Dave, who explained that he would give the "sale" to Zac, but would be there for any questions I may have. He was, I had a few questions. The items were delivered two weeks later. My old appliances were picked up and hauled away. The two young men, Jason and Monte, that delivered the items installed all the drawers/ trays, etc. They made sure everything was level and gave a thorough explanation of warranty and use before leaving. They were very quick, respectful and knowledgeable.
