I don't think it's worth the money. My overall experience with them was average. I would not use this company again.

Steve arrived a week before the actual clean date to provide an estimate. He asked specifically what I was wanting to achieve with the carpet and marble. He was able to advise me on how to procede and what would be and what couldn't be accomplished with the cleaning. For instance, the areas of my carpet that had a traffic pattern would be clean but still look different do to the worn pile. I appreciated his honest evaluation and was very satisfied with the end result of both the carpet and the marble. Marble is a dificult material to take care of and I felt Steve was very knowledgable regarding the marble. It looks great.
