the gentleman who did the work was very polite & patiently answered my questions. He also offered to fix a situation that had nothing to do with what he was here for. It just took a couple min. but I appreciate the above & beyond the call. Those are the things that stand out. If I need any electrical work again I will call Sterling electric.

Jim's team did a great job, but they had to come back once to fix an outlet that didn't work. That's the only reason for 4.5 instead of 5 stars. The installation of the new panel was clean and professional looking. The team worked hard and got it done. Sometimes it would take a few days for a message to be returned. That's the 0.5 star ding on customer service.

Not only did they fix our problem, they told us our dryer vent to the outside was completely stopped up. Very competent people who did a wonderful job!
