Never, ever use this company.  They ruined our basement.  They threw out all of our baseboards, trim, and door jambs.  We didn't even get the option to dry them out and reuse them.  It is now costing us thousands of dollars to replace the baseboards and door jambs.  They stained our carpet with their dehumidifiers while drying the basement out.  The demo crew did a hack job.  I was told that by 10 different construction companies/individuals.  They also threw all of the wet carpet pad, trim, baseboards, etc., out of my basement window onto my grass and left it there for two days.  They brought a dumpster to clean it up and the dumpster left stains on my driveway that I can't get out.  The bill we were sent for this clean up and dry out was erroneous and had false charges on it.  They claimed to have moved "content" around in every room for two hours when all there was in the room was a bed and dresser.  They also charged that two hour "content manipulation" for a closet and bathroom that had absolutely nothing in it.  They charged us for bagging material when they didn't bag material but threw it out the window.  The demo crew was very unprofessional and not qualified to do the job.  Unfortunately we had no idea how this process works because we've never had a basement flood.  Now we know better but we are stuck with a ridiculous, fraudulent bill.  I would never recommend this company to anyone and would even go so far as to tell everyone I know, unsolicited, not to use them.

They were on-time and did quality work. I would recommend them to everyone.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves immediately. We have had stains for years on the carpet, they got them all out and the house smells so much fresher. We also had a toilet overflow and they did the water mediation, excellent service. Worked with my insurance on this as well.
