Went fine, service personnel and friendly, professional and keep the work are tidy and clean up after themselves.

Our 42" flat screen stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. I found Sandpoint on Angie's List. From the first call through return of my TV, the service was excellent and very professional.

I felt comfortable with them coming into our home, and when they repair something, they don't have to come back. Their repair person is very knowledgeable.

They were open on Saturday which helped because I needed help to get my TV in. They were very efficient. They called me back the following day and told me what they found and wanted to know if they should go ahead and fix it or not. They fixed it. The people are very friendly and efficient. The rate was quite reasonable.

I called on a Friday to find out what time they closed. I found out that when my husband got off work we would not be able to get down there in time. So, we asked about getting it delivered and they said that they were pretty busy already delivering items that day.

So they said they would probably not be able to get it delivered that day. But then, they called me back and said that if I got down there before noon they would probably be able to squeeze the delivery in. I did not want to make the purchase decision without my husband so we decided to go on Saturday instead and we brought it home ourselves.

The owner actually came out and helped us. He explained several different machines and what the different options were. We were originally just going to purchase a dryer. He explained to us that the companies were going to be raising prices and that we would get a discount if we purchased both the washer and dryer now. So we bought both washer and dryer. Our dryer at home was dead and our washer was not in great shape as well. We also saved by transporting them ourselves instead of having them deliver the items. Overall, the process went well.
