So fast, efficient and professional. Also very kind to elderly man (my neighbor) who I hired him to help. A's are not even good enough to describe this plumber's work. Very good pricing and prompt service. Would hire again and would recommend with no hesitation.

When sheets plumbers actually show up in general their work is top notch. The problem is they never show up. I've had five or so repairs in the past four years. Each time I had to repeatedly call after being promised she would talk to the plumber and get back to me. Every time I had to badger them on the phone and be a jerk to get them to come out. The current problem is a warranty claim against my water heater. As usual no call back from Thursday and now it's Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to call. I'm sure they won't even show up until Wednesday. I'm tired of this and am hiring a new plumber from Angie's list.

While he was out doing the work, our lights went out. Instead of just leaving for the day and coming back tomorrow to complete it, he called his manager and brought out their generator so that he could finish the work. We really appreciated how hard he worked to get the job done instead of just quitting for the day and offering to come finish at a later date. He was also very knowledgeable and professional.

Roberts Sheets Plumbing sent an experienced plumber who located the problem quickly.  They came out immediately to solve the problem.

Quality has been fine, but punctuality has always been a problem. Most of the plumbers they sent were professional, but two were kind of smart-alecky.
My most recent encounter with Sheets was to repair a leaky toilet. When I called, I said I would also like to consider preemptive repairs to the other three toilets in the house and asked if someone could give me an idea of how much it would cost. We scheduled a service day and the woman on the phone said she would give a message to the plumbers and have someone call me back. No one called.
At 11:30 on the service day, no one had shown up, so I called Sheets to make sure we were still on the schedule. I was assured that we were.
After spending the afternoon waiting for them, I called again at 4:45 and was told that they couldn't make it that day because several jobs ran long and they were short-handed this week. I asked if they could have someone here between 1 and 5 tomorrow and was told they "couldn't promise that."
Some observations:
-    First if they were short-handed this week and might not be able to be here on the scheduled day, why didn't they tell me? I would have been happy to schedule next week. It's a leaky toilet, not a flooded basement!
-    Second, if they looked at the jobs they had on the schedule for the day and considered what still had to be done, I think they could have told me when I called at 11:30 that they wouldn't be able to make it today. But, apparently they don't care if a customer sits around the house all afternoon waiting for someone who isn't going to show up. The only excuse is that they don't do any job scheduling at all. I guess when a plumber gets done with one job, they just randomly pick another job on the list for the day.
-    Third, there was sometime in the afternoon, probably 3 or 4 hours before my last call, when they knew they weren't going to
be here today. They should have called me as soon as they knew. But, they prefer to have a customer waste hours rather than take the few minutes required for a phone call.
-     Finally, I asked for service in a 4 hour window the next day and they couldn't even be bothered to do that. It seems to me that, if they were customer-focused at all, they would make certain to prioritize a missed customer the next day. The only thing I got from them is that they would put me on the schedule for the next day. They refused to guarantee that anyone would show up leaving open the possibility that I would spend another day staying at home and still not get a service call. Even Comcast does better than this.

Our basement had a natural drain but after it flooded we decided we wanted to have a sump pit and sump pump installed. We contacted several plumbing companies but found they didn't do this type of work or they needed to sub-out certain aspects of this job. But not Robert Sheets Plumbing. They sent someone to look at it and gave us a written proposal. We tweaked a few of their ideas which they had no problem with. I expected to wait a week or two for the work to be completed but, because they are turn-key and didn't have to coordinate with subs, it was completed within days of accepting their proposal. Lastly the work was completed in a day and the price was reasonable, more so that what other companies were quoting if they could do the work in the first place.

I have used them a couple of times. We have done business with them for years. One company owner died and another is retired. They did good work.

Said he needed to install an access panel to access to tub fixtures. He showed me an attractive wooden looking panel with a frame, which he said could be painted to match dand eacute;cor. However, what he installed was a white textured vinyl sheet that looks like a cookie sheet. He said when questioned well you can paint that, too. However, I would not have agreed to its use. Given the high praise of earlier Angie's List users, I must have gotten a different guy. Was advised as to which brands to buy, because of quality issues, but times have changed, and they have cheap plastic components, too. Had to come back to reset a tub faucet.
Not thrilled with look of the panel, and it will not take the paint. Poses a hideous contrast to wall paper.
I've been happier with other plumbers, and was overly swayed by the amazing low prices early feedback providers gave. Not entirely happy overall.

I was pleased with their service. They were competent and had a good price. I was disappointed afterward when I found out that I couldn't have gotten a rebate from the gas company if they had installed a little higher efficiency water heater. I was disappointed that they didn't know about that and tell me. It would have given me a higher efficiency water heater. I would use them again.

Every project has gone smoothly. Sheets has recommended brands based on their history. I did not listen to them the first time, and ended up having to replace a faucet I wanted sooner than should have necessary.

It was a difficult job. The reason I called him because the other plumbing companies were not available. I called him, and he came right out. He went where I didn't want to go without any complaining, and he had a positive attitude. He did it very quickly at a good price. I have a good luck with my plumber since the time I moved in this house.

Service call was timely and prompt. Ed reseated a toilet and provided a diagnosis of a leak in an upstairs shower. He carefully explained what was required to repair the leak in the shower drain as well as pointing out the areas of difficulty in the repair. I was pleased with the professionalism demonstrated. The shower work was not performed during this service call due to the need to check with insurance agent first; Ed had advised that it might be covered although it turned out that it wasn't.

When we have this repair done we will call Sheets to do the work.

Excellent experience. Called on Monday morning and they were able to send someone out right away. He picked up the exact parts I needed to save time and had everything changed out with explanations on what I can do to avoid seizing in the future. Would recommend

When I first called I actually got to speak to a real person-not an answering machine? She was very professional and set me up with an appt. The man who came out was prompt, professional, and very nice. I would definitely use them again.

We really like this company. We found them on Angie's List and will continue using them. The best part is how respectful of your home they are and how clean they are. The first time we hired them, my husband asked the plumber if he had the shoe covers to wear in the house. He said I'll put on my slippers and out to the truck he went to get the slippers he uses so he doesn't track dirt in folks homes. This was great!

The water heater project was about $700, and we upgraded to a larger water heater. The purchase and installation of two stools and removal of old ones was about $550. The quality of their work has been generally well. We had only one experience that was not great, but we will continue to use them in the future.

This company is excellent for anyone who really wants to feel like they can trust the company and that they won t be ripped off. We had a quote from someone else and they wanted almost 300 dollars more than what Sheet s charged for the same service.
