It went perfectly. The person who set up the appointment worked around my schedule and got somewhere there at 7 a.m. the day after I called. The employee was on time and super accommodating and professional. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use again!

The guy who installed the door was on time and was very professional. He treated the door like it was his own that he was installing. He cleaned up after the install and I was very happy with the job he did. He adjusted the door closing till he was happy with it and so was I. Great Job Raynor Door.

They came out pretty much after I called them. It went well from that aspect. It was pretty good like when I called them, they said they were gonna come at a certain time or give me a two-hour time frame then they called me back and said they could do it right away. That's good except that I hadn't taken a shower yet. It was like the first thing in the morning. From that aspect, it wasn't good. It was but it wasn't. They were really fast but I wasn't prepared for them to come right when they wanted to but it would've had to wait later in the day. It was a good experience but that was like a drawback. I think the price was kind of high but I don't know in relation to other companies if that would be in line with what they charged. To me it's a little high.

Fixed garage door after the springs broke and they did an excellent job. No further problems.

They were excellent from start to finish, Dan was our salesman and did an excellent job getting us exactly what we wanted, colors matched perfectly, Installation crew was courteous, thorough and very neat and clean. They went over all paper work and how everything worked. Superior quality products sure make a difference!!! Would highly recommend Raynor Door Authority to anyone!!!

My whole experience was good. Normally, Raynor may be a little more expensive, but because of their sale, I believe I got a better value.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY COMPETENT AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL AND THE DOOR ITSELF.

We had a garage door replaced that was damaged by me. They did an excellent job. The installer damaged the vinyl seal surrounding the garage door and he pointed that out to me and came back a few days later to replace it. I would highly recommend them. I don't think that their prices are the cheapest, however you do pay for what you get.

Our first impression of Raynor Doors was quite favorable, but thought we could find something of equal quality for a lesser price. Continued to compare prices from several local dealers and two well known big box stores. In the end, we decided Raynor had the best product and customer service. They handled our complicated order and subsequent installation with the utmost professionalism. Doors were installed as promised, on time.

While paying technician he referenced a bumper sticker on my SUV and asked if I was "a child of God." For what it's worth the bumper sticker states: "God protect us from your followers." I started to explain the bumper sticker but was loudly interrupted with "BUT ARE YOU A CHILD OF GOD?!" Stunned, I said all people are children of God but some people believe God only loves straight people, to which he responded, "Oh, I knew it had something to do with THAT." Obviously he was driving at this from the start. After several days I remained upset; I was paying to be insulted and contacted the company. I was told to write a letter to the CEO. I never received a reply. After 2 months I followed up with the CEO. He said he didn't know I wanted a reply ; as if most companies would hesitate to provide written apology without even being asked. He gave me a pep talk about some platitude in their break room. He said situation was discussed w/ technician. I never heard from the company again.

We were very satisfied with the work they did. They were fast and did the job right the first time.

The service man that came out to install the door was very professional and helpful. We liked the price and the clean up job he did afterwards was great.

Complete replacement went well.
