My mother hired him to remove a huge 9 ft tree in her back yard, she paid him before she left for vacation. He didnt come on the day he said he would he came a week later. He cut part down and stated his blade broke and would be back. He didnt come back for over a week.He sent his cousin to come and they worked for awhile and then wasnt very nice to my mother and aunt they cut the tree into managable peices as they stated they were going to do. The cousin stated the owner would call my mother but he never did. I called him and he stated to me he would be at her house on thurs July15 th and he was losing money on her job. He said she has metal in the tree . They left a 6ft log of tree about a couple of tons laying in the back yard that we can not pick up to dispose of. They never came on The 15th nor did he call. He did as he was paid for but did not cut it into managable peices. We stated we would clean up it was to be cut in to 2 ,2ft peices and the rest in to peices we could get rid of. We were to do the cleanup .
