We pay up front in two installments. (only because we demanded two) We
do not receive any communication or evidence (billing) that indicate
anything is ever done. Our agreement indicates we get a spring and fall
fertilization. I have not seen any evidence that it has ever been
done. Again no paperwork indicating completion of anything. We also
have an agreement with them for snow removal. We prepaid two years ago
for 6 snow removals (this was the way he did billing). We had three
snow removals last year and have now had three this year ( although we
specified no plowing if less than 2" of snow) of which one was less than
the 2"'s. He is now saying that we owe him for one snow removal.
During one communication I had with the owner, he asked if there was anything he
could be doing better and I strongly suggested that he become more professional.
