I have used PCC since they started. The crew is always polite and efficient, arrives on time (or early!) and does a good job. I move small items and knickknacks before they arrive; they handle the heavy lifting, placing Styrofoam "coasters" under furniture legs so they are not damaged by the damp carpet. They even clean the carpet remnants I use as door mats.

PCC did a great job. I have an old home with ducts that have never been cleaned. I have greatly noticed that my house has been much cleaner since having my ducts cleaned. I would recommend PCC to everyone!

I called the business and they gave me an appointment that suited me and my schedule. They told me the cost and how many rooms and the fact that they also cleaned furniture. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole cleaning process. I would use them again and have told friends of my experience.
