My dad had an account with ProFed and when I took over guardianship for him I had a lot of planning to do. They were so nice and professional at all the branches that after Dad's stuff was done we closed our general credit union account and opened a ProFed account. Then we wanted to refinance our mortgage and their rates were great, much better than another bank. We are currently in the process of refinancing with them. They have so many apps that they are backed up.
