It didn't go well. I checked out the brands and pricing of remote start kits this dealer sells and decided upon the Python brand. When I brought my vehicle in to have it installed I again told the person behind the counter I wanted the Python brand. I also said I did not want the vehicle's horn to honk when starting because I leave for work at 4am and didn't want to disturb my neighbors. The next day when I picked up my vehicle they told me they installed a ScyTec brand remote starter kit. They didn't have a real good reason why and they didn't bother calling me asking if that was OK. I was told it still works the same and was slightly less money. The next morning I pressed the remote start and my vehicle did start but the d*** horn was honking. I quickly pressed some buttons and got it stopped. I took my vehicle back and a gentleman whose name I can't remember got in my vehicle and came to the conclusion the horn was honking because the factory alarm system was tricked into thinking someone was breaking into my car. So I scheduled another appointment to bring it in. Once I brought it back and they did the fix, the horn no longer honked when the car started but when I pressed the remote to lock or unlock the doors, you may have to press it once, twice or several times to lock or unlock the doors. I lived with it a month or so and took it back. The same guy who I worked with for the horn honking problem looked over my vehicle. He saw my problem and I again rescheduled an appointment. I took it back and this time they added an additional module that allows for a 2-way remote, kind of a free upgrade. After driving for another month, the doors usually will unlock or lock with one press of the button. But once in a while I can unlock the door, get in the vehicle and start the engine and then the doors lock without touching anything even though they are wide open. I have also noticed if I don't use the vehicle for 3 weeks or more, the car battery will go dead even though it is 1 year old and the charging system is working properly. I was told it was parasitic draw from the remote start. Plus the single 2-way remote uses 1 AAA battery and it dies out after 3 months or so. Yes they did fix and try to fix all my problems but I'm left with an unhappy feeling of this purchase. I will not go back.

My main likes were the quality and the efficiency of work they did. I have had no issues since the service was provided.

I went in the morning and because it was my only means of transportation, I stayed in the waiting room. They told me it would take at least four-hours. Instead it took about two and a half hours. The work looked really good on first glance. The person at the front counter went over all the do's and don't's concerning cleaning and how long I would have to leave the windows closed. I followed each step to the letter and after about ten-days I could open my windows and clean them. It's been well over a month since installation and I couldn't be happier. They give you a warranty that is good anywhere a ProTint shop is located.

They did a good job and there have been no problems since installation.

They are very good. Their prices were lower than those at other places yet they use some of the best products. They even let me use an old Toyota 4WD.

I have used Prontint for years. Tim runs a good shop, price is very fair, have car for me to drive while tinting done.
Outstanding service and quality!!

Called and got quotes from Got Tint, Fabinis, and Pro Tint. Prices were comparable on all three, so I went with Pro Tint, as the office manager (Jamie, I think??) was the most professional and was able to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. They scheduled me very fast (same day). Dropped off my vehicle at 12, got a loaner van to drive back to work (the loaner van was a real clunker, but who cares?), picked up vehicle at 4:30. The tint looks great, although it is still curing. I will report back if I have any difficulties, but I am impressed. Their physical location is not particularly attractive, but the installers have 15 and 20 years experience at tinting (per office manager). Overall, I was impressed by the service. ------- Update 02.03.11 Tint looks great and is performing well. As a side note, the dealer from which I purchased the vehicle told me that this company does all of their tinting, which furthered convinced me that I had made a good decision.

These guys are terrific! Fast and the quality of finish is factory quality. The window tint turned out great. The auto start system we had installed in our SUV has out-performed others my friends had installed, from other places. I would definitely use them again.
