We feel very lucky that our builder chose Plumb Wright for our house. During the build process, everything went very well. Afterwards, we had two issues com up that Phil came out & fixed promptly. Those problems turned out to be manufacturing defects in the fixtures we had chosen. Nonetheless, Phil corrected the problem quickly & with no inconvenience to us.
Also, we later had a water softener installed by contractor friends of ours who have been doing plumbing themselves for 20 years or so. They both commented that Plumb Wright had done "THE NICEST copper job I have EVER seen."
