I did not get a phone call to give me a warning that they were coming but I did see later an email that came to an inbox I don't frequently monitor so it was a surprise to see them when they showed up on a Friday. The removal of old window and replacing with new went well. They gave me the wrong color replacement screen and with no knob to control the blinds in the window. I left voice mail for salesman. I then emailed salesman and he apologized for the mix up. I have not had any screen given to me for replacement. I emailed twice to Pella and got an auto response that someone would get back to me. No one did. Now another window in the house is having same symptoms of turning black and rotting around frame. I will not replace with another pella and I will be cautious in the future to buy my next home with Pella windows.

I feel their quality and price is very reasonable. They are very efficient and patient when asking questions and I would recommend them as well.

It turned out really well. I got the windows with the blinds in-between them. I've used them before. They have really upgraded their blinds. It is a 3 pane instead of a 2 so there is more insulation. I am very satisfied with them. They were expensive.

Went very well, crew showed up on time and performed a very quality installation. Reworked items that wasn't up to their standards, reordered windows that were only just slightly out of square instead of 'fixing' it using caulk, etc.

It was a fabulous experience. The windows are so beautiful. They have father and son installation team that they always use so that is kind of what told me that they have been doing it for like 25 years and you know installing windows is really hardened, they needs to install it right. I don't care how good they window is if you don't install it right it is going to leak so they did a great job. They are little more expensive than anybody else, but I wanted to replace what was there exactly because they were custom made windows to being with so they weren't like your standard window size that everybody sells. So they had to make them, fabricate the trim and fit down and all and I highly recommend them. The designer came out and measured all my windows and then sat down and we looked at every possible options because there are lot of options and we decided to go with pretty much just replace the same thing we had exactly so. He was really patient with me because I couldn't make decision. I was just really happy with their service. He was flexible on time and he was here for the install so it was nice to have designer here when other guys were installing it just to follow up on it. They are very professional. I would use them again.

The install went very well. The guys putting in the windows and doors were polite, efficient and willing to show their work at every stage. I am quite impressed with the work they did.

It was great overall. The representative came by several times for measurements and discussed pricing with discounts. They matched the trim on the outside for the pella windows. Price was a little higher than we thought, but typical with pella windows. The installation team was very careful and considerate because we had just had floor work done.
