They are very good, and so far have been very honest. I would definitely go to them again.

I have taken three of our vehicles, at various times, in for oil changes shortly after then opened - about two years ago. Even though they always had a record of the previous visit, if I didn't tell them what kind of oil to use (we only use Valvoline) each time they didn't use Valvoline. They used another brand. One of the last times I went in for an oil change, after doing inspections that is standard in the car business, they scared me and said the tires were bad and I shouldn't drive without having them replaced. So I had them all replaced but later thought I could have taken them elsewhere for a cheaper price. It was disappointing, as I had liked the people that worked there. After buying a new car that took the new Dexos type oil they quoted me a cheaper price then what they ended up charging me - by about $25! I was done going there after that and haven't been back since. The wait times where starting to get longer.

They treated us professionally. We did have a customer in front of us but they were prompt in getting them finished so they could complete the work on our car. We have always had good luck at this location.

The salesman asked if I would like to have the $15 diagnostic fee just to make sure. I was about to refuse and just say to replace the battery when he urged me to have the diagnostic. Boy, I'm glad I did. A few minutes after they had pulled my truck around to the bay, the mechanic beckoned me out to the garage. He showed me that my battery was fine, but somehow a wire had come disconnected from the battery which was causing the truck not to start. He reattached the wire and I haven't had an issue since.
They didn't even charge anything for the time spent looking at it, it was just the diagnostic fee. They could have charged me for a new battery and probably a myriad of other parts and I would have been satisfied; but played the honest card and have earned my business indefinitely.

I know the owner. They've got great customer service and great prices.

They do a good job. I had a problem with my car and one of the garages said they will be open till evening but they will to finish the work the same day. I then called Patriot and they said they will be open till evening and will be able to finish the work the same day. They were more concerned about my convenience than theirs. The quality of service seems to be okay because I have not had any problem after that.
