Pat was awesome. Next day service. Talked me through it on the phone on initial contact. And followed through the next morning. Very pleasant and professional guy. Good guy to have a business card from so you can send him to your friends.

He made a special stop on his way home the same day I called. I have used him before for part of a bathroom remodel. He was pleasant as usual. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and then only charged a reduced service call price as the repair was simple and he wasn't there long. Pat is an honest dependable guy and I can highly recommend him for plumbing chores.

Pat was recommended to me by another contractor whose work I value. I asked him over first; his estimate was free. The finished work was charged at exactly the estimate, so no surprises.Pat is very good at communicating. I had him work on three separate areas of the house. On the first one, an outdoor faucet, when he first looked at it, it appeared that the break in the line would have been caused by leaving a hose attached over the winter and I explained to him I had made sure that hadn't been the case. He fully communicated after fixing it that it was a previous plumber who hadn't installed the faucet correctly to prevent that precise kind of problem.One of the littler jobs, during the estimate, he suggested that it would be easy for me to fix. I said that I didn't want to mess with it. I appreciated the fact that he was pointing out it was something that was simple and I could save money by doing it myself. He educated me on brands and their inclination to leak or not (faucets). As he left to look for a part, he let me know he was hopeful he could find the part we needed and that was the make or break of the fix. Fortunately, he found what was needed and was able to complete the last repair. Pat is also amicable and personable. If I've got someone working in my home, I want to feel comfortable with them and certainly this was the case with Pat. Definitely will use him in the future.
