I love this place. There is always someone there to oversee and there are a lot of animities. Report at end of stay let's you know how it went. I honestly believe my timid Lab came back less so.

The staff at Pampered Pets has always been extremely friendly and efficient, and my dog loves going there! The price is above average for boarding, but the amenities are excellent.

Dog was happy and well taken care of while I was out of town. Pampered Pets also provided him with a bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and brushed his teeth. He is a smooth coated dog so no cutting is necessary. He was ready when I arrived with a beautiful looking coat.

They preceded to still charge full price for the "hack job" and my dog was attacked. There was never once any effort to make this situation right and all they said was sorry.

I am taking responsibility for this but it would have been nice if they had tried, at all, to make her look professionally done. She looks like she was groomed by a kindergarten class. Nice people however, professional and pleasant.

This was my first time boarding Monroe, and I was really nervous. I tried to do plenty of research (i.e. lots of questions, touring the facility, checking in). I looked at about four places in town, and by far, this looked the best.
I hadn't had Monroe very long and as of dropping him off, and animal interaction wasn't the best. When I picked him up, he seemed alot more comfortable around the other dogs and was happy. I really felt like the everyone I encountered genuinely cared about the animals they were interacting with. Very nice, caring, and well informed staff!
Even though he didn't need much grooming, he looked great. I would definitely consider them for grooming as well.

I called early morning to see when the next available time would be to get my dogs in to get groomed, the receptionist was super-friendly and they were able to get my dogs in later that same day! The place was very clean and when I picked my dogs up they looked great and had on matching bandannas, very cute! I will be taking my dogs there from now on.

Very poor communication on the part of staff regarding when we could pick up our pets. We were told by more than one employee on more than one occasion that we could pick our pets up on Sunday around 1 PM, and that if we were there before 10AM, we would not have to pay an additional day's boarding costs. When my wife and I arrived at 1 PM to pick up our two dogs, Pampered Pets would not release them to us. The sole employee there said she did not have the authority to return our pets to us and that we could not pick them up until that evening (we were on our way back out of town and could not return then). When we explained to her that we were told several times we could pick up our pets at 1 PM and had made a special trip to do so, she referred us to an off-site manager who was anything but helpful. The manager even suggested if we wanted our dogs back before that evening we should call the police, which we did. Thankfully, the police arrived and ordered the employees to release our pets back to us. The owner of the business charged us extra and was very unprofessional, refusing to admit that the situation was caused by poor communication on the part of her employees. We feel like our pets were treated more like an appliance that was dropped off for service and that the owner of Pampered Pets was insensitive to the emotions involved when we were told that we could not have our pets returned to us at the time we were promised by staff. The owner claims that there are special pick up times on Sunday that are posted on the door of her business. However, I have walked through the doors of countless businesses hundreds of times without ever noticing what hours/signs are displayed on them (unless I am specifically checking for hours). I usually go by experience, common sense, or what employees of the business tell me. The entire experience was very emotionally distressful. I get the impression that employees care about the animals they board (we've used the service on multiple occasions before), but after one encounter with the owner it became apparent that she does not care about the customers. We had spent well over $1,000 with her business in under a year, but that did not seem to matter to her one bit. We will never use her services again.

Went great. We used to have 2 dogs and has been a while since we've had an occasion to use boarding services. Upon entry, the consoled us about the loss of one of our dogs a few months back. Given the length in time since we had last been there, they still knew my dog's name and 2 people greeted him separately by name even though they didn't recognize me (only 2nd time I have dropped off dog in 3 years, usually my husband drops dogs off).

Overall I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility! They make a home away from experience for your pet that can't be beat! They are great!

We are really happy with this place. He gets a lot more attention than normal here. I am always pleased and I have a great sense of trust in the company.

They were wonderful. It is a new place that just opened up within in the last year and they are excellent. I always feel comfortable when I leave her there and they are so friendly. They are great!
