James, the owner, helped me decide on my color scheme with valuable recommendations based on current trends. The house and garage was to be completed in two weeks (10 work days) and I felt confident that the job was in good hands. The job fell behind because of a couple of rain days and I grew impatient when good days followed with no painters in sight. When we complained about the lack of progress, James became angry and behaved very unprofessionally to my wife. He and his men rushed about for the final 2 days and made the deadline.
