The appointment was scheduled over the phone with Orkin's local office and for the very day I called. Shortly afterwards the technician himself called me for more specific information. He provided helpful information and assured me he would be able to treat my home that afternoon.

They didn't come out when they said they would, but they made up for it by sending one of their top guys out the next day, so they resolved it really well. They are always here when they say they will be here.
