They drained the hot tub, and winterized it. They were quick to respond, and I would recommend them for service. I wasn't impressed with their product selections.

I had an appointment with them, and they told me to drain down the pool halfway. They called me before my appointment and said they can't come because the guy was sick. I complained about the issue, and they got someone out to my house a couple of hours later. The person who came out was friendly and nice.
