Used for a toilet clog from the outside cleanout. It was suppose to be a Saturday job but without calling they did not show up and then called on Sunday. Charged 58% more than the big name whom I had to call two days later to do the job right. I was told 31% of the cost was showing up on a Sunday which still made the big name 15% cheaper plus guaranteed work for 6 months. In the end, I paid 2.7 times as much for the job because these folks would not refund part of their charge for a poor job to prevent a poor review and because they just not as equipped as the big name. who could clear a clog without removing the stool along with going back into the clean out to ensure they got everything. They also did not provide an upfront estimate.
