Used for a toilet clog from the outside cleanout. It was suppose to be a Saturday job but without calling they did not show up and then called on Sunday. Charged 58% more than the big name whom I had to call two days later to do the job right. I was told 31% of the cost was showing up on a Sunday which still made the big name 15% cheaper plus guaranteed work for 6 months. In the end, I paid 2.7 times as much for the job because these folks would not refund part of their charge for a poor job to prevent a poor review and because they just not as equipped as the big name. who could clear a clog without removing the stool along with going back into the clean out to ensure they got everything. They also did not provide an upfront estimate.

Everything was great. They quoted me $899 for the new water heater over the phone and didn't add any cost to update the gas lines to code and to add the water shutoff valve.

I gave them a check in July 2009 to complete the work. The partner to Brent at the time never registered the check with Night and Day Plumbing. Brent has been trying to fix the problems that this partner has caused ever since. There have been problems with me and other customers as well. Brent had his crew complete the work at no additional cost to me. He is trying to right any wrongs that the previous partner did.

Had been having problem with a leak in our basement for quite a while. Had 3 other plumbers to come out. They were never able to find out where the leak was coming from. So I called Night and Day. Gentleman named Brent responded. Came out on 07/30/2012. He was here about an hour. Found the leak. Stated he would have to come back out on the 3rd to finish the job. We set a time for 9 am on the 3rd. He didn't show up until after 10 am and didn't call to say he would be late nor why. He showed up and did a very proffesional job. But the price was a bit salty. It was my fault for not getting more into details about his charges. All I gathered was that he had a trip charge of $46.00. I was shocked the bill was $445.00.   Brent does professional work. He's not very business like about puncuality. A call would have been nice. And some kind of discount would have been nice because of his tardiness. I don't think I would use his service again. Don't think I could afford it. And I do have more work that need to be done at my daughter's house.

He had given my husband a quote of $450 and said that it would take a good portion of the day to do. He came on time, did the work in about 3 hours and charged me $550 with no explanation. My husband was out of town, so I was not sure of their arrangement ahead of time. He told me to call him after we had tiled so he could finish putting up the shower handle, etc. He said that it was already included in the price. Well, I've tried to call him twice, left messages, and he has never called me back. So my husband just completed the work himself.

They are clean and tidy. They are prompt and professional. They are reasonably priced.
