They are bundled with our city utilities. I would recommend them. We don't have a choice but to use them, but they have been fine.

With the less-than-professional customer service I've encountered with Serv-All, I've dropped them as my service provider and went with Waste Management (the service that was working over that Christmas week). I've had no problems with Waste Management to date.

I like Serv-All overall. The upsides are that the dumpster was provided quickly and in good condition. Also, our subdivision negotiated a lower rate. The downsides are that pick-up time is unreliable. Some weeks trash is picked up at 5 a.m., other weeks 4 p.m. Also sometimes the dumpster is left in the center of the drive or with the lid open. Billing has always been accurate.
