We signed the contract in January and were told weather would not be a problem. May, we are still waiting for final fix ups. The person that was to do the concrete never showed so we had to hire our own person to do the concrete. We also got an estimate on the gutters after we got tired of waiting on theirs. Then their person showed up before ours and charged us over a hundred dollars more.

"When we signed the contract it was 40 degrees and no snow. I told the customer that if the weather was like this it wouldn't be a problem. As far as the cement, it was too cold to pour so we postponed a day, the customer looked up the concrete contractors address and went there, they were there long enough to see him pull in with equipment then they called me and told me to cancel the cement because they thought he was out pouring concrete that day when he was actually bringing equipment back to pour their concrete the next day. Freezing weather is very bad for concrete. As for the punctuality we were dealing with horrible weather and still delivered an A quality job. After they told me to install the gutters, and after they were installed they had another gutter contractor come out and bid a job that was already complete and he told them he could have done it for $100 less. I have still not been paid for the gutters that were intstalled."

On July 8th i signed a contract to complete the work. Was told it would take 3 to 5 weeks to complete from date of signing. Work wasn't started until Aug 1st. At this point they were there every day and the quality was excellent. They even did some additional small projects not in the original plan just to be nice. I was very impressed with everything so far. Once the room was build and it was down to the finishing details I had to constantly call to get them to show up to get the work done. Finally the room itself was done, but the final cleanup and repairing the fence was still incomplete. I explained my disappointment as we had a great relationship and I loved his work. knowing that contractors tend to drag out a job like this so they can get started on the next job I tried not to get upset, but it was very frustrating. He did finally compete the job on Nov 2nd and I am thrilled with my new room. I am willing to use his service again because his price and craftsmanship were excellent.

They put solar tubes in to let natural light in and did tube lighting around the ceiling of the kitchen under the crown molding.

Markus and his crew were very professional. Although the job took much longer than originally estimated, they stuck with the job and saw it through until the end. I have two young children at home, and we were very comfortable with them in our home. They are definitely trustworthy and perform high quality work for a reasonable rate

I was 110 % satisfied. The work was done promptly, and he talked to me everyday to let me know what to expect and what was going to be done the next day. That was something I never expected....communication from a contractor...... I was very pleased with all aspects of the project, and I will use this company for all my construction and remodeling needs.
