It was wonderful. Adam, the repair man, was prompt and polite. He looked at the sink and explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He unclogged the sink with little mess. He made sure everything was clean and ready to go. I will definitely call this company again. I was very pleased with his work and attitude.

It was a Sunday morning and the new tenants in my investment property were experiencing a sewer backup. Mr. Rooter promised 24/7 service and, true to their word, showed up and promptly made the necessary repairs and advised what we should do to prevent the problem from recurring. I'm quite pleased and hope we won't have to use them again, but in the event we do, that's who I'm calling.

called in the morning about a clogged pipe. came later that day and tried to snake the pipe but it didn't work. did nothing else and charged us $148! no one should EVER consider using this company!

They sold me a junction box that I did not need and then would not take it back when he knew that I did not need the junction box. I feel that he should be avoided at all costs.
