Efficient and polite.

He was on time and very professional. He let me know ahead of time that because it had not been tuned in several years, it may cost more to bring it up to pitch due to the additional time needed.

Great. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention very helpful with additional questions. I don't remember what we paid, but it was very fair price!

Did a great job

Mr. Moore arrived promptly and spent approximately 5 hours cleaning and tuning my piano, which had not been done in a number of years. His expertise in doing so was much appreciated.

Ron spent hours, shared much information, and was very meticulous from what I observed. Everyone in our family, a piano player or otherwise musical, agreed the piano sounded much improved.

As a former music teacher and current worship pastor, I can easily say this was the best experience I've had with piano service and repair! He took a 60 year old neglected piano and brought it back to life with a full cleaning, pitch raise and tuning. I was impressed with his knowledge and high level of professionalism. Mr. Moore was professional, friendly, and on time. He tuned a 1960s piano we acquired from a friend. He found one additional issue with the piano and fixed it for a reasonable charge. The piano hadn't been tuned for many years and he was at our house for over two hours making sure it was tuned properly. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service.

It was fine. He was very nice. He was very honest about what was going on with the piano. He was good.

He was excellent. I would give him the best rating. I think he even took it home so he can clean it more thoroughly and he brought it back and put it in. He explained a lot of things to me, which was very helpful. He was so kind and courteous. He's just lovely and reasonable. You couldn't ask for anything more. It was really reasonable. In every aspect, he was excellent. I was really really pleased. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Ron returned my call promptly, was easy to converse with, and was very accommodating of my hectic schedule. He arrived on time and the appointment was completed within the estimated time. I am very picky on tuning issues and was delighted with the results. It is obvious that he cares about his craft and, ultimately, customer satisfaction. I am impressed with his ability to keep abreast of the technology required in his profession. I am comfortable recommending him and will ask him to return.
