Other than a small snafu with the scheduling, it was a great experience. For a tiny fraction of the cost of remodeling my entire shower (which I supposedly needed, according to Bath Fitters), I now have a basically new-looking tub with a beautiful white finish. After a few minor upgrades I can do myself in a weekend (silicone caulking, new paint, etc.) I'll have a great looking bathroom for about $600.
If you have an older home with an original steel tub, I highly recommend refinishing vs. replacing if there are no other issues. The finish should last for 10-15 years and even if you had to do it again you'll still come out way ahead.

Both the owner and the technician that completed the work in my home were polite, willing to answer questions in a knowledgeable way, and were concerned with my being pleased with the quality of the work performed. The technician arrived on the day scheduled and work was completed in one day. The new white finish on my shower walls and bathtub completely transformed the appearance of the area, and there is no bleed-through of the previous Harvest Gold color. The technician completed the work in a quality manner and the material used provides a hard, durable finish. Overall this was a good remodeling experience.

They did a good job. It looks great now. I was referred to them. I was very satisfied with them. The guy knew what he was going and they were very prompt. I had to leave a message and he called me back within minutes. I had an appointment within a few days. I think I called on Saturday and they came out on Wednesday. He cleaned up his mess or the tools he was using. He would have been nice not to have seen his crack when he was there.

We had rust stains and they painted it white. They have this cool vacuum system that sucks out all of the paint fumes so your house doesn't smell for that long because it sucks it all out. They can also do kitchen appliances. They were very professional and I was very impressed with them.

It went fine. They were always on time and they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was good. They had a fair price. They did what they said that they were going to do.

This is an excellent company to use to glaze a bathtub. They laid down protective matting before they began, opened all the windows, and really paid attention to the safety of everyone inside before and after their cleanup.
