cAt first it looked just fine, but when we looked closer, they had missed all the chair and table legs in the dining and living and we have quite a bit of wood......had paid  $70.00 per hour for a deep cleaning....now they are sending nothr crew out on the 24th.....which is very inconvenient.........Joyce goggin

Th visit to receive the estimate was very thorough and professional. The initial cleaning was good and I did spot check various parts of each room.

It went fantastic. If we were not moving, I would have hired them to clean our house regularly. They are the first cleaning people that I thought genuinely did a good job and I felt they were trustworthy and reliable. I used another cleaning group that offered a groupon and they were so bad that I felt uncomfortable with them being around the house because when they would appear again, nothing was done so I wondered just what they were doing. But as far as the Merry Maids, I would recommend them in an instant. They worked me in although I gave them a very short window, they arrived prompted, they were nice and they cleaned better than I do - which is the first time that has been the case for me from a house-cleaning company. I wish they were here where I live now. I was happy to pay $450 for the great cleaning.And it took all afternoon and they had to call in support (a couple more people) to get it all done. I don't actually know how much a good cleaning should cost, since all I've had before is poor surface cleaning..But it seemed reasonable given I had anywhere from 2 to 5 people working on my place throughout the afternoon in order to get everything done. Anyway, they are the best I have ever used and I would still be using them if I still lived in Fort Wayne.

We've had them for 5-6 years now. They are always responsive if we have ever had to have them come back and correct something they missed.

Years ago in 1990's, I had Merry Maids come out and do work on this little vinyl and it was three girls that came and they did an absolute wonderful job. They knew what they were doing. They brought their bags in. They were very professional. So obviously, the next time I need some help I am going to call Merry Maids. So I called them, they sent two girls out, they did not dress professional and they did not act professionally and they did not know how to clean the wood. After the third try, the girls did the wood on the kitchen cabinets correctly. I had to tell them, this is what you need to do to get the cabinets clean and polished with luminol oil. Then when they did the wood on the staircase, you could just see where they just swiped it and did not cover all the wood. The other thing I had them do is clean the shower in the upstairs bath, they knocked the doors off and they took the doors off the track. They did not do that good a job. It took my husband and myself about 45 minutes to get the doors back on track. That was pathetic. I sent that report in and never heard anything from them. They sent in two girls and like I said, they did not even know what they were doing. They were fair in terms of price. In terms of responsiveness and punctuality, it was good. I would not use their services again in the future. I cannot take a chance. There are so many other people out there doing a good job.

They usually just do general cleaning - bathrooms, the kitchen, etc. Their best point is they are very reliable and always there.

Spent very little time cleaning home, was suppose to be two people but normally only one showed up. When dusting they slid items across tables causing scratches.

I think that they do a thorough job. They might be priced on the high side they did work hard. The only drawback I've had is that they were still at my house when I got home. They did have all day to work. I did trust them and gave them a key.

We have used this company for past six months. I feel that they do a good job but it is not always consistent. We did have an issue with the billing. We did resolve the issue, but it did take them a while to resolve it. We will be looking to find someone else to do the work.
