I was very happy with what they did. They did an excellent job. I will use them again.

I am fairly happy with the cleaning services I have received from Majestic Maids over the last couple of years.  The office staff is friendly when I call to schedule or reschedule.  The maids show up when expected and the office will call if they are running late or early for that matter.  I use them on an occasional basis (usually every 2 months) and am happy with the service received for the price paid.  It's typically the same 2 person crew and it takes them 2 hours -sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less- to clean the entire house.  I had cleanings in the past where they have missed some things (toilet not scrubbed thoroughly, forgot to dust entire master bedroom) and that's why I would not rate them with an "A".  I did not call and complain as I'm not comfortable with that, so I can't comment on how management handles customer complaints.  I did hire other cleaning services as a result and felt Majestic offered the best price for the clean, so I gave them another chance.  This time they cleaned right under 2 hours and I couldn't find much to criticize.  I plan on using them again and would recommend them to other people who need a basic cleaning service.

Overall, not happy with the quality. 2 cleaner crew could not finish basic cleaning in our house in 2 hours. Surprising because their quote said it would take an hour and a half, which seemed about right for our size house. It takes my husband and I about 2 hours to clean, including picking up clutter, and we are not professionals...there was still alot of dust and things weren't quite up to par, did not have the professionally cleaned feel to it. The management was easy to contact and easy to deal with, very friendly. Sorry they are just not up to snuff. I am done paying by the hour for cleaning, it seems like they all take advantage of this. Will only pay by the job in the future.
