Great job

Larry and Robbie could not have been better. Worked us in to their busy schedule to get our job done ahead of new carpet being installed. Showed up on time and worked quickly. There was one small spot that was missed (I missed it too during the walk-through with Larry), but Larry came back the next day and fixed it right up. Larry even touched up a couple of additional spots from previous painter that were not part of his original estimate. Could not be happier with LS Painting!

Larry did a great job. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but he was happy to try things out and show me what it would look like so I could choose. Result was beautiful.

They showed up on a Monday to pressure wash, then started painting on tue. There was a bit of rain on wed so that slowed things down, they finished up on Friday.

They kept the job site tidy. They stored their equipment on the side of the house neatly stacked.

We did not have to be there the entire time. I worked from home on the last day when they painted the doors so we did not have to lave the house unlocked and doors open if they finished before we got home.

Would not hesitate on using this company again for any painting needs.

After contacting the owner by leaving a message on answering machine, was contacted witin a two day period. A week after estimate (received 3 estimates) received and approved, work was started and completed on the 2nd day.

The painters came as scheduled and were efficient, professional, and courteous. One of the colors did not look right, and the contractor was helpful in choosing another. We are very pleased with the final result.

Contractor did a great job. I was not happy with the color I picked and he was very willing to get it right for me. He is also very neat and the price was very reasonable.

Larry was professional, punctual, and his estimate was very fair. His crew did a great job and showed up exactly on time. Work was high quality and they did not leave a trace of trash. I would use Larry again anytime!

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of workmanship. After the pressure wash, I found some rotting wood and pointed it out to the owner. He repaired it for no additional cost and it looks as good as new. I thought that was above and beyond. He also fixed a mistake on the back door that looks as good as new. The only drawback is communication. The owner said he would call me before work began in a couple of weeks to review the contract, answer questions, and to discuss colors. It never happened. I recieved a call the evening before stating that I would need to be home to have the doors open. I was already scheduled to travel. I tried to reschedule but I didn't hear back from him and workers were sent anyway. I don't work traditional business hours and was being startled by having men in my windows unannounced. There was one day that arraingements were made so that I could have the doors open and no one showed. Colors were discussed "on the fly" as I was rushing to get ready to leave so one of the colors ended up too dark. Although, I am partially to blame because I agreed to it since I was in a hurry. In the end, I think it was worth the hassle.

They were all A's in my opinion.

Larry was very honest and professional. He was very neat about his work. I have always been very satisfied with the services he provides. He works with you to meet your requirements and requests.

The price was reasonable. We have had to paint our house every other year because of the immense amount of sun that the front of our house gets. It has been about 3 years now, and this paint job is still wonderful. Larry was excellent! He really took the time to figure out what paint would be best for our house. I would use him again in the future and have already recommended him to others.

Learned later that wood was rotten even though we we asked him to check. Didn't do thorough job. Just sprayed paint on quickly and it didn't soak in. Lasted one year. Very unresponsive.

Would not use again.
