LOWE'S

THE INSTALLATION WAS HORRIBLE. INSTALLATION WAS SUPPOSED TO WARRANTED BUT THE LAMINATE STARTED TO COME APART WITHIN 6 MONTHS. THEY SAID IT WAS WATER DAMAGE BUT I ALWAYS MOPPED THE FLOOR ON MY HANDS AND KNEES AND DRIED IT AS I WENT. THEY PUT SEAMS RIGHT IN FRONT OF DOORWAYS, EXAMPLE PATIO DOOR TO BACK YARD. I COULD NOT GET THEM TO DO ANYTHING. BEFORE THE END OF FOUR YEARS THE FLOOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.

It went very well. There was a bit of confusion initially with a new employee at ordering, but the measurer was great (friendly and quick). The installers did really well. Everything went exactly as was presented. Even though I declined all of the upgrades, the countertops look terrific and I would certainly do it again.

A little over a year of installation we lost an 18ft section of our roof, due to 55 mph wind gust, but these shingles are rated for 115 mph. Now they have informed us that our warranty expired after the first year and they are refusing to assist us with our issue. We believe the installation was done incorrectly, as the shingles were rated for a higher wind ratio, than what took place. We have tried to get in contact with someone to assist us, but with no success. We have reached out to them 3 times about this matter.

Everything has gone well so far.

I ordered LG appliances online the first week of July. The appliances became back ordered and the local appliance department was VERY good at helping me pick out a different set of appliances that fit my budget and had the same features as the appliances I ordered online. I was surprised at how seamless the transition was from online to the local department. They made a "big box" hardware store feel like a local experience. Thanks Lowe's! 

H & H fencing was the company that Lowe's used to install the fence.  I was told that they are very professional and one of their best installers.  On the day of install a man, woman and adolescent showed up to install the fence.  I was concerned but I have purchased many  things fromLowes, and they have always stood behind their product.
I definitely did not get an installation I am happy with.  The wood fence is perfect but the chain link fence (which should have been easy) looks terrible.  The posts are uneven even though my yard is flat and they drilled for the posts and left the mounded dirt while they pulled the chain link fence.  This left many gaps around the fence that my small dogs could possibly get out.  H & H fencing also did not install a tension wire that I paid for.  When I contacted Kerry at H & H he admitted that his wife who helps out occasionally and his daughter whom is home from college helped install the fence.  I told him Lowe's assured me of a professional job and informed him of all the issues.  
 He did come out and look at the work I week later.  He never called us back and my husband had to contact him.  He apologized and said that he was going to make things right and that everything we complained about was justified.  He readjusted one of the two most obvious uneven fence posts.  The mounds of dirt were collected from both sides of the fence but it left gaps that the dogs could potentially get out.  He installed the tension wire after the fact and it is on the wrong side of the fence.  We had purchased a black galvanized fence but he has spray painted bare wire half hazardly.  The tension wire is suppose to be installed before the chain link fence.  He did it after the fact and the quality shows.
I suggest you encourage Lowe's not to use this installer again.  Carrie with H & H Fencing lacks professionalism and  the quality definitely shows.  
I would like people to know that Lowe's is not the problem, just the installer whom they trusted.

Took longer to get the garage door to the store and some messages to the store did not get answered.  However the install of the new garage door went very well and we love the new door and opener

It was good.

It went really well. Rob came out from Lowes and gave me an estimate that was severely lower than any other quotes I'd been given, Plus Lowes STILL offered me their 10% military discount on top of that. Even though it was mid=December, the crew came out and measured and fit me in before all of the snow came.  The crew that installed was a group of 3, one man performing most of the work was very professional, as was one of the others, the 3rd seemed a little angry at the world and threw a lot of the material around but nothing was damaged. They played loud angry music all day long which I'm sure disturbed the neighborhood but when the job was finished (same day!) they packed up everything including the trash, left some replacement pieces and went on their way.

Overall, would definitely use Lowes again for anything.

They had the products that I wanted.

It went well. They came on time and they're very clean and neat. I think they were very pleasant. I have been very happy with them. I would surely use them again in the future.

The installers measured accurately, provided a correct estimate, and the work was completed well and on time. The finished appearance of the project is excellent, and the installers listened to any questions or comments and responded to them in a considerate manner, attempting to address any concerns that arose. The only problem encountered was that Lowe's does not carry a Pergo quarter round that is finished to coordinate with the flooring that was chosen. To solve this problem, Lowe's recommended either to hire a person to stain 10 pieces of quarter round, or the customer himself is responsible to do it. For the cost of labor in the project, this did not seem acceptable, but it was the option given.

While I'm generally happy with the quality of the shower door, there have been problems and I'm not sure if they go back to Basco or to the installer. First, I'm concerned that the door wasn't measured or installed correctly. Our shower door has two parts: the door and a side panel. We get a lot of water that sprays out from between the gap of the two pieces, so much so that we have to mop up the floor with a towel each time we get out of the shower to keep the marble floor from etching. Second, when steam builds up in the shower, you can see two handprints and a sticker mark on the door. I'm guessing these are the results of the class being handled too soon after the aqua glide coat was applied. Third, the installer told me to clean the door with vinegar. This wasn't working AT ALL, so I had to call Basco, at which point they sent me a special cleaner for the door, which does do a better job, but I wonder how much the vinegar already damaged the aqua glide protective finish. On the positive side, the installer did go out of his way to get the door installed in time for holiday guests. Just wish we weren't mopping the floor everyday and staring at someone's grubby handprints.

He went out of his way to install it properly because the guy before him did not install it correctly. He even took the time to go get another part that we needed. I like that Lowe's has someone call after the work is done to make sure that the contractors did the work right.

We will continue to us them again.

I went to the Lima Road site and checked out 4 sample boards ($100 deposit). It helped to bring the samples home to decide on the type and color. It was overwhelming to finally have to decide but my choice was spot on. I paid for the product then an installer called me the next day, then came out the following week. The product arrived quickly and Lowes kept it stored until I could pick it up. From start to finish was approximately 4-5 weeks. It was a good experience and Lowes is very professional. They called several time during the process to make sure everything was on schedule and that I was happy.

They sent someone out to measure and look at the existing countertop. They called me with a quote. They had extra charges, which were almost ridiculous. They included moving out my slide in range and putting it back for a charge of $114. I marked that out and did it myself. I am a medium size female and it was very doable. The charge to take out the old countertop was high as well, but I had them do that. I had to call them four or five times to get it scheduled. The countertops look very nice. The workers were very pleasant. One complaint I had was that they got them partially installed and there was sawdust on top. They just brushed that into the opening where there were not countertops and it went right into my cabinets. I am still cleaning out sawdust. They were young men and obviously not trained.

They got everything working right, and the price was pretty good. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

They came to our house to measure and help us select the color. We only had to wait four weeks for the blinds and then the installation took only two hours. We will hire them again for the rest of the house.

He did a great job and he was very easy to work with. They even called back after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them.
