Unfortunately, there were problems with the work.  Dave initially did not have the corrected breaker after he called and asked for the information on the brand of the breaker.  So he hooked it up by temporarily connecting it to the breaker connected to the stove which was fine since we had a gas stove.  However, when he connected the hot tub to the line he hooked up the ground wire to the hot line spot and the hot wire to the ground spot.  Needless to say, the hot tub did not work and I ended up calling Master Spas to come out and see what the problem was with the spa.  I first sent an email to Dave, but never heard back on the weekend.  The Master Spa technician showed me the error in the connection done by the electrician and switched the wires and the hot tub worked fine.  Fortunately, there appeared to be no damage to the electronics of the spa.  When asked for a discount for the error, I was told that if there was a charge for the work done by the spa company he would refund me the amount.  Meanwhile I had a spa sitting idle for a weekend after it was delivered and was looking forward to using it.  I would have thought that connecting the spa to the line would have been relatively simple after line was created.  But I suppose mistakes are made at times.

He was very professional, and I appreciated the phone call before he came so I was sitting at home waiting.

I called him on Monday afternoon, he was there 9:00 AM on Tuesday. Determined what the problem was in about 10-15 minutes, applied a temporary fix and will install new outdoor lights in the Spring.

Dave Miller, owner, was very pleasant and very professional.  Work was done in a very timely fashion.  Dave had no problems answering questions my husband had about running new line to our detached garage and providing us with the material.  My husband wants to bury the line himself so he had a few questions.

A new mast was installed on the roof to attach the electrical drop from the pole to the house.  Dave made sure the line was raised up from previous mast and made sure everything was sealed and working properly.  He will be back when the kitchen remodel starts to run new electrical for outlets and such.  We look forward to him returning.

He was an extremely nice man who came out only a couple of hours after I called him.  I think he had planned to take the day off, but came anyway.  He was very professional and did an excellent job for a reasonable price.  I would definitely use him again and would recommend him highly to anyone.
