Kraft Moving Service

Horrible service. Lied to my face during the estimation walk through. Ok'd many of my items to move then left them at the old house. We still had to move 3 car loads of stuff. They added a 4th mover without my knowledge and charged me more for it. The 4th mover was a desk jockey that decided to come watch her boyfriend in action. They broke my wife's China cabinet and pretended to care and said they'd fix it. Haven't heard from them. The damaged my brand new house and refuse to do the right thing and either pay for damages or fix it. No final walk through was offered or done. Forced my wife to sign the paperwork without double checking everything. -Zero stars, do not recommend-

It went great. The only thing I didn't rate as Excellent was punctuality because they were over an hour late in arriving to deliver my stuff at my new house. Even with that I would highly recommend them as movers.

Very well. The only complaint I have is that both times they were supposed to arrive at 9:30. The first time they arrived at 10:00 and the second time they arrived at 11:00. Other than that they did great job.

Went very smooth and fast.only problem was slight wall damage moving a large couch through the door. They said someone would contact me that day or the next,but that was six days ago. I repaired it myself.

Our move included several pieces of antique furniture and a grandfather clock which we were particularly concerned about getting moved without any damage. The Kraft team consisted of three guys who were extremely careful with all of our furnishings.  Most everything was shrink wrapped and then padded blankets were used as well to insure that everything was transported in a safe manner.  The team worked non-stop for 5-1/2 hours with only a short (10-15 minute) break.  Everything they disassembled was reassembled at our new home.  The team was friendly and very professional.  We would definitely recommend them.

Moved us in two moves - two weeks apart. Worked tirelessly without breaks. Must have gone up and down those basement steps a hundred times. Had to force them to stop and take a lunch break. Everything was wrapped and handled with extreme care. They even took the appliances from our new house that we were giving our son to his home and removed his old ones! We have recommended Kraft several times since our move and would gladly use them again.

It went very well, John came over to give us a estimate, explained how his costs were calculated and suggested several options to save us some money. His quote was lowest of three , both in absolute total and hourly rate.

Due to problems with our buyer's mortgage, our moving date got bounced three times at very short notice and John rescheduled uncomplainingly.

A team of three, tireless guys worked amazingly hard for a day and half in 90+ degree heat, took good care of everything and remained cheerful, friendly and cooperative. Our move was only 4 miles so they hardly got to rest between load and unload.

I'd highly recommend Kraft Movers to anyone.

I spent about $850 on the job. I have used them several times in the past. They have helped my mom move. They also moved some stuff back to me. Later, they helped me move as well. I really like them. They are responsive and nice. They are strong and do a really good job of moving heavy things. They did a great job for me. They were trustworthy. I have used them thrice in the past couple of months and I will use them again in the future.
