It was easy to contact the company and establish an appointment quickly. The estimate was clearly explained at the time the appointment was made. The technician came right on time and was extremely workmanlike and professional, asked for guidance when choices needed to be made, and did a clean, rock-solid installation. The estimate was right on target. After almost 3 months, everything continues to work flawlessly.

Everything from the quoting process to the work being complete was quick and very professional. Very well done. Tech on site was professional and very courteous. We were able to conduct buisness while he worked. I will use them again!!

The service was very professional. Arrived on time, very competent and efficient. My only complaint is that it seems overpriced. Beyond that, though, very good service.

I've used Koehlinger in the past at my office and always found them to be reliable. The products they carry are definitely several steps up from the usual and customary items you find at the home improvement store. The high security locks they sell are subject to being picked or duplicated like others. After Kevin had a chance to look over the doors, it only took a day to get a estimate and the worker showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning up. You could tell he was doing this for a career not just another job.
