My Service Writer was Josh (who is no longer there), very personable as well as professional; I had made a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in; I selected the Mechanic that I would like to use in future, Tom, so I will ask for him next time as well; explained procedure and reasoning in detail to where it made sense to me without being condescending; would install my parts if I brought in but could not insure quality of parts; took about 1.5 hours to advise of estimate; shuttled me and a friend to my place and offered a ride back although it wasn't necessary (note: weather was not the best that day - Jan 3, 2014); fixed the same day and even vacuumed it all out.
I would like to go into a little more detail with the pricing. It is a dealer. They charge more. I understand. The door check straps (which were explained to me and located in each door) needed to be replaced on all 4 doors due to loud popping and harder to pull open/close. $150.00 per door. Ouch! Josh saw my facial expression and suggested right now only getting the driver's side door done due to that is the door that is going to get the most use. I did choose that option and was very happy. The door check straps on the other doors just got worse; louder popping and harder to open. Grease helped but did not resolve problem. I priced out the parts for three door check straps @ $105.00 total. $345.00 more for mark up cost and labor. I had a friend of mine put the three in for approx. $150.00 total for all 3 doors. I had googled the procedure and found it is time consuming to remove each door panel, pull out old part and insert new part; and replace door panel. My point is: if it is not crucial or mechanical, you may want to shop around before choosing any dealer to do your work. I just like the fact that they have a lot to lose if they don't do it right; their reputation.
My brakes are great. They stop on a dime. ;)))
Although my Service Writer is no longer there; I would do business with them again.
