They were outstanding and did a great job. The carpeting people were belligerent but this company stayed with me and we were able to finally get it replaced. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them as well.

Contractor jumped from Room to Room never completing one Room I had to sit in my bedroom for 2 days the contractor left early 2 days in a row With managers aproval contractor got 22 years experience but 22 years of not knowing how to do it correctly Some of the quarter round does not match in color There was only one installer and had his son with him to help .But I will say that customer service is outstanding It does seem like some of the flooring is sticking up a little bit here and there not totally flush but I guess I have to live with that

We selected a tile and matching grout and signed a contract to have the existing tile removed and replaced. They agreed that they would remove the tile and get the dusty work done early on. The tile was broken up and removed in an hour or so but the old thinset was still attached. It was almost non-existent in some places and 3/8th of an inch thick in others. I wanted to know why they didn't knock down the thinset while they were there and was told that it was well-attached and they would just apply new thinset over the top and level it out. I was not comfortable with that answer and decided that I'd do the rest of the job myself. The owner and the rep that I talked to were very courteous and accepted my decision, charging me only for the removal and the new tile and grout. I still feel that the $400+ I was charged for tile breakup and removal was kind of steep but it was per the contract. The thinset came up pretty quickly with a hammer drill and I had to remove almost all of it to get a level surface throughout, so I'm not sure that I'd have been happy with their proposed approach. The tile is very attractive and the price on the tile itself was reasonable. I will buy tile and grout there in the future, but I think that I'm comfortable enough to do my own tile work now.
