K Monique'S Studio Of Dance

Felt like we were unimportant. We experienced poor (or no) communication and poor record keeping. I was sent a letter that we hadn't paid when in fact I had paid and my bank had the proof that my checks had been cashed. For the year-end recital, my daughter was given a costume, but no one told me I had to pay for it until much later ($55). She was told to come to the rehearsal, then told to go home without practicing because the other girl didn't show. We were told there were two shows, but no one explained to me that they weren't the same and that she was only dancing in the second one.  She no longer wants to dance and I'm very unhappy with our experience.
Many of the letters or flyers from the studio had spelling and grammatical errors -- this immediately turns me off to a company because it is so unprofessional.
