Home Building
Needed contractors to bid on large house addition (1000+ sq. ft.). Called this contractor twice, left messages on answering machine, no response.

I think we liked everything about them. He has very good subcontractors and stays on them. We didn't want to spend this much money as we had to so we were willing to go slow at certain stages so he waited for us till he had guys up there for something else. We appreciated that. We really trusted his judgment, they were times when one of our neighbor wasn't that nice about it. He handled all of that for us. He's just an honest hardworking good guy who does beautiful work. He follows up and does everything you need.
