Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs offers a wide range of products including wood flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, carpet, and tile for floors and walls in a variety of price points. The key to our exceptional customer service is using only expert installers and a “high touch” installation process which includes field supervision, inspections, and communication throughout the process. This ensures a premium experience for customers. Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs is still locally owned and operated, and we are dedicated to providing every customer a great flooring purchase experience. They make sure that everything is well taken care of. The most important thing is when they do the installation, the employees are so friendly. They go above and beyond. They make the process easy. They even helped me move a large grand piano. They have worked with me on pricing too. I wished I could give them an A+. I plan to use them in the future with some flooring in some rental properties.

The sales rep came out a couple of times with samples. They wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. They then came out prior to the job, to tell us everything that they were going to do and how they were going to do it. During the day of the installation, they were able to accommodate our schedule. They finished within the time frame that they said they would. They did a spectacular job.

Tim Dixon is the salesman that we've worked with on all of our flooring projects. Tim's very artistic and good with color. He calls us if there's a sale going on so we can take advantage if we'd like. I will continue to use them in the future and I'd highly recommend them.

Aaron from Jack Laurie was awesome to work with! He gave us a competitive price, did a fantastic job designing the transitions between floorings and the master shower tile. Detail oriented and any problems were taken care of promptly. Very professional and we would use them again. They have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship which says a lot. Darren, the supervisor is also very professional. They make a great team and made the flooring installation in the house quite painless. Before installing the hardwood they made sure that the builders had the AC installed and that the humidity was where it had to be.

Jack Laurie had to subcontract the floor refinishing.  I have the say that the refinisher did a great job sanding and prepping my floor! I love the stain and the top coating he put on has so far been very durable.  I have dogs in the house and needed something that would somewhat withstand their claws. The refinisher took a few days longer than first estimated, but I know that can happen.  He sort of dropped the ball on the finish work - in some areas around the edges the workmanship was bad.  Jack Laurie had to call in a second refinisher to repair the mistakes of the first one. So all in all, not a real satisfactory job BUT Jack Laurie stayed with it until the job was done. The carpet installation went much more smoothly and looks good. I have no issues there at this point. It has only been two weeks but so far it seems to be holding up. They were prompt with installing as soon as the product was here, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done quickly. I am not sure about the price point - I think they might run in the middle of the pack on pricing.

Overall I really enjoyed working with the team at Jack Laurie! I had used them for some cleaning services when we moved to town and then met with them to finish our basement and garage. They were very helpful with the design and product selection process. Their team of people did very nice work and were enjoyable to be around. Overall we were very happy with the finished product in both our basement (kids playroom) and garage.
