He arrived promptly and was neat and professional.  Explained what he would do and was quick and thorough in clearing the sewer drain.  Explained tips to avoid the issue in the future and I would definitely call again.

I called several places on Sunday morning as we couldn't use toilets, sinks or showers.  They were all backing up.  No one was able to get out before dinner time.  We have two little kids so it was going to be a rough day and couldn't wait. 
I called JS Plumbing and the owner responded that given the situation he would drop what he was doing and come right over and be there in 30 minutes.  He was at my door 30 minutes later.  A+ for responsiveness & punctuality.
I explained the situation and he went right to the access for the main and did some inspection and asked some questions.  He ended up patiently snaking the main and getting the water to drain, but it took some time and with the backup of water into the yard from the main he was standing in sewage most of the time and smiled and didn't complain and had positive attitude the whole time.  A+ for service and professionalism.
Once completed he advised what I should do to keep the roots at bay and how to properly close the access and asked for a very fair price for his services.  All in all he was here almost a full hour and it was still much less than I had been quoted by some of the other companies I called.  I was very happy to pay that bill.  A+ for price.
