They came out, did a really nice complete job and got it done quickly. I have had no problems with them at all. They have not tried to sell me anything - they just come in and do their job. Other companies that I have dealt with have tried to sell me stuff that I don’t need. They have always done good work for me, and my experience has always been positive. I think they are kind of expensive, but again I think that is what everyone would charge. I would use them again in the future.

From what I remember, the installer took about a day and a half to complete the job as I was told. There were no surprises. They did what they said they were going to do and were accurate in their billing. The system has performed very well and reliably since installation.

I have used their services in the past too. We have a very unusual place where we need to install our furnace and not everybody can do that, but they did it for us almost 20 years ago. So I was sure that they could do it now since they had done it then. I like their promptness, professionalism and responsibility. I wouldn’t be able to comment much on the price since I didn’t do a lot of comparison shopping.

The quality of their work is good and I like them. They used to work on our old house too. I’ve had other companies come in here and try and tell us that we need a new furnace. I am confident that they won’t try and sell me something that I don’t need. They are honest and very reasonable. I would rate them highly. I am intending to call them for plumbing work also.

The price is for the installation of the generator, which we were okay with because it took a lot of work. The representative that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good with customer service. They were honest in letting us know that we could get the generator from somewhere else for a better price. They then came and installed it for us and service our furnace periodically. They come when they say they will. We have even called them after hours. I will continue to use their service in the future and would recommend them to others.
