The company was right on time on both visits. Very professional.  The cost is pretty high (I was charged a $200 "miscellaneous" fee?). Our dog is learning the fence quickly. Overall I'd give it an A-.

Invisible Fence was really good. I had a little luxury carrier and I don't know what she would have done if I hadn't got this because she is just so hyper. I wasn't too impressed with the cost, kind of expensive, but other than that, it works. I recommend it for anybody that has a dog.

Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They were good to work with and, although the price is a lot higher than do-it-yourself underground fencing and higher than lesser competitors, I would choose them again. It is 15 months later and the underground fencing and collars still work as advertised.

Since I've had the fence installed, my dog has passed away.  I've been able to give my son the controller, and all he needed to do was have the wire put in the ground.  That was a great way to recycle the equipment.  I would recommend this product to anyone.

We noticed that our airedale seemed to be creeping closer to his boundary than usual - he REALLY doesn't like to get shocked. One day he joined me in the neighbor's yard.  We called Invisible Fence and they were here the next day.  All parts of our system, installed in 1996, were functioning correctly.  Our dog had been doing a lot of scratching, and one of our attempts to eliminate irritants had been to loosen his collar so the prongs of the receiver were not always in touch with his skin.  Well, that drastically diminished the effectiveness of the system!  The tech was great, and gave us good suggestions about handling our situation. 

We have been customers of Invisible Fence since installation, and have always been pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and caring of the owners and technicians.  They are great.

They were very knowledgeable about their product, and moreso, they are very passionate about animals and are most concerned about your animal's safety. Everything was done very quickly and they even let me pay them in installments due to the large amount of fence we needed for our yard. They offer a money-back guarantee as well. I recommend them to everyone.

The fence installer came out and installed the wire on time and did a professional job. The trainer came each day and worked with the dogs very professionally and was very good with the dogs not mistreating them nor was he mean to them. After all was done one day the inside fence quit working and the dogs were in the dining room. After a call to Invisible Fence they came right out right away and found out that a contractor mistakenly had turned off the power supply, they turned it back on, asked if we needed anything, went over everything to make sure we were happy with the system, said to call anytime if we were having any problems or concerns, said that there were no charge and left. From start to finish this is a great company to do business with and is a lot cheaper than putting up a real fence. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic! They did a GREAT job. The dogs were well trained - they provided us with excellent information to help ut get started. Very friendly, very happy. They have sent us replacement batteries per the contract. We are going to have some of the wire adjusted when we have a garage installed.
