The cost was way below what I thought the cost would be ($5000) especially with the extra work I had done. They were very professional and quick. They had dug outside the basement was and made the repairs and filled it back in. They also checked the entire drainage system around the basement. After they had finished I could not tell anything was done. The only evidence was the tracks of the mini excavator. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work. After a 2-3 weeks they came back for an inspection to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. There is a 10 year warranty which is transferrable.
I recently had Fort Wayne Interior Channel out to install piers supporting our slab and foundation and I would like to share with you the excellent and professional manner in which they performed the work. They were on time, kept me informed as to what they were doing, was considerate of our carpet by using throw sheets, They kept the necessary mess to a minimum in the house. They answered all questions fully. When structual problems presented themselves we were informed as to the problem and the lowest cost estimate to correct the problem. All in all Great.
Crew members were friendly and courteous.
Interior Channels was very busy this summer and fall, so we had to wait for almost two months for the work to be started in our basement after we paid an initial down payment. Once the work started, however, the crew worked quickly and efficiently.
They did what they said they would do and everything worked out well. We have a big crack in the floor of our back porch, but I don’t think they could help that. The price was pretty high.
